Adding a new charge:

  • 1. Description — Type in a description of the charge; e.g., “2018 Annual Member Dues $150”
  • 2. Amount received — enter 0
  • 3. Add amount of new charge — type in dollar amount — no dollar sign
  • 4. In drop down, double-check the first option ($0) is selected
  • SUBMIT

Adding a new payment:

PAYPAL payment

  • 1. Description — Type in a description of charge they’re paying and Paypal transaction number (e.g., “2017 Annual Member Dues via Paypal #__”)
  • 2. Amount received — Type in dollar amount — no dollar sign. e.g., 200 or 50
  • 3. Add new charge – enter 0
  • 4.  In drop down, change to first selection of $0
  • SUBMIT

CHECK/CASH payment

  • 1. Description — Type in a description of charge they’re paying and check number (e.g., “2017 Annual Member Dues check #2775”)
  • 2. Amount received — Type in dollar amount — no dollar sign. e.g., 200 or 50
  • 3. Add new charge – enter 0
  • 4. In drop down, double-check the first option ($0) is selected
  • SUBMIT
